Since 2009, the institute is located in the Classics building (Classicum) originally built in 1886. It has been transformed into a bright, open and modern workplace with approximately 20 modern offices. The institute´s management is found here, and the Board, which is appointed by the ViceChancellor, meet here regularly.
Part of the premises are available for rent to researchers, working groups or organisations within the whole of Lund University. There is a video conference room with 14 places, enabling simultaneous connection with four other facilities, as well as a lecture hall for an audience of up to 50 people, and a seminar room for smaller meetings. Complete equipment and technical support are available on location.
